Niks Technology Limited announced that promoters Mr. Manish Dixit, Mr. Keshav Das Sonakiya, Ms. Anamika Anand, Mr. Praveen Dixit, Ms. Pooja Sharma and Mr. Neeraj Kumar Dantre, who collectively hold 2,31,100 equity shares, representing 46.22% of the company’s total paid-up equity share capital, have entered into a share purchase agreement with Mr. Nilesh Jayantilal Patel, Mr. Vishal Jayantibhai Patel and Mr. Bharatkumar Pravinchandra Keshrani to sell their stake for Rs 136 per share, totaling Rs 3,14,29,600. The transaction includes the transfer of control and management of Niks Technology Limited, and the acquirers are required to make an open offer to public shareholders in accordance with SEBI regulations.
